Unreliable. It took 9 days to come out and have a look at a leak. He said he would get back to me once hed had the chance to look for the parts needed. It took almost 4 weeks and me chasing to get a reply and then I was told he couldnt help and Id have to go to the manufacturer to rectify the problem. Another plumber came out to look at the problem and fixed it within 30 minutes.
Marcus came out of hours only 5 mins after I first called him. He quickly fixed the issue and gave very honest advice. He was very professional and friendly, would recommend.
